Quick fixes

Cancel my subscription

  • iPhone — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lunaro → Cancel.

Delete my account

In the app: Profile → Data Controls → Delete Account. This removes your profile, logs, coaching memory, synced data, permissions, consent records, AI actions, approvals, and sync jobs. Cancel your subscription separately first.

Export my data

In the app: Profile → Data Controls → Export data. The export includes profile, manual logs, permissions, consent records, HealthKit-derived sync data, AI memories, AI actions, approvals, and sync jobs.

Change my coach

Profile → Switch coach. Switch between Lumi and Owlie anytime. Your memory and history follow the new coach.

The AI is saying weird things

The coach is an AI and gets things wrong sometimes. If a reply feels off, ignore it. If the coach gives advice that could be harmful (wrong macros, dangerous lifts, anything around health conditions), email us — we want to know.

Voice mode won't connect

  • Make sure you're on Tier 3 (Voice + Agent).
  • Allow microphone access when the browser asks.
  • For camera mode, allow camera access too.
  • Voice works in Chrome, Safari, and the iOS app. Some older browsers won't work.

HealthKit isn't syncing

Open Profile → Apple Health to confirm Lunaro consent and selected categories. Then check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Lunaro and make sure the same data types are allowed. Force-quit and reopen Lunaro after changing system Health permissions.

If Apple Health has no samples for the categories you selected, Lunaro may show zero synced records. That is okay. The app should still save your permission, consent record, and sync status.

Sign in with Apple

Lunaro uses Sign in with Apple. If sign-in fails, make sure your iPhone has a working connection and try again. If it still fails, email support with the exact error text.
