Terms of Use

These are the rules for using Lunaro. By signing in or paying for a subscription you agree to them.

What Lunaro is

Lunaro is a fitness and wellness coaching app. It gives you cycle-aware and stage-aware training guidance through an AI coach you can chat with by text or voice. It is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, prevent disease, or provide emergency help.

Not medical advice

Anything Lunaro says — by text, voice, or in-app suggestion — is for general fitness coaching only. Talk to a doctor before starting any new training, eating, or supplement plan. If you're pregnant, recovering from injury, or managing a medical condition, get professional guidance. Don't rely on Lunaro for medical decisions. Call local emergency services if you need urgent help.

Apple Health

• Apple Health is optional and read-only in this version.
• Lunaro asks for Apple Health only after you open the consent flow and choose categories.
• You can disconnect Apple Health from Profile or change Health permissions in iOS Settings.
• HealthKit-derived data is included in account export and deletion.
• Lunaro does not sell HealthKit data or use it for ads, marketing, or data mining.

Subscriptions

• Lunaro has three tiers: Starter, Your Agent, and Voice + Agent. Prices are shown at signup.
• Subscriptions auto-renew every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime. Apple users cancel through Apple ID settings.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• We don't refund partial months unless required by law.

Your account

• You need a Lunaro account to use the app. We use Sign in with Apple.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account. Don't share your login.
• One person, one account. Don't resell access.

Acceptable use

Don't use Lunaro to:

• Harass anyone, including the AI coach in ways that produce unsafe output.
• Try to extract the model, prompts, or training data.
• Run automated traffic, scrape, or stress-test the API.
• Reverse engineer the app or get around our rate limits.
• Upload anything illegal or that doesn't belong to you.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without warning.

Your content

You own what you put into Lunaro — your messages, your photos, your cycle data. You give us a limited license to store and process it so the app works. We don't claim ownership of your content.

Our content

The Lunaro app, brand, and the words/voice of the coaches are ours. Don't copy them, rebrand them, or pass them off as your own product.

AI output

The coach is an AI. It can be wrong. Always sanity-check anything it says before acting on it — especially around weights, calories, or cycle timing. Don't follow advice that feels off.

AI memories are visible in Profile and can be edited or deleted. Sensitive or external AI actions require your approval before anything runs outside Lunaro.

No warranty

Lunaro is provided as-is. We try to keep it up and accurate, but we can't promise it'll never be down or wrong. Use it at your own risk.

Limit of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lunaro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the app. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we change anything material we'll notify users in the app. Continuing to use Lunaro after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes go to the state or federal courts located in North Carolina unless a required consumer law says otherwise.
